Eligibility:  

• The invite programme is open to all active members of The Modernists with a valid membership. 

• To be eligible for rewards, the referrer must have an active, paid membership at the time of referral and at the time of reward payout. 

Referral Rewards:  

• A £5 reward will be granted for each referred friend who completes the sign-up and payment process for any paid Modernists membership. 

• Rewards are capped at a maximum of £25 per month per referrer. Beyond this, no additional referral rewards will be granted within the same month. 

Referral Process:  

• Referrals must use the unique referral link or code provided to the referrer. Manual adjustments for untracked referrals cannot be accommodated. 

• The referral reward will only be issued if the referred member signs up using the provided referral link or code and completes a paid membership registration. 

• The referred friend must not be a current or former member of The Modernists. 

Reward Distribution:  

• Referral rewards are processed and credited to the referrer’s account within 30 days of the referred friend’s successful payment. 

• Rewards can be redeemed as cash (via PayPal or bank transfer) or as credit for membership fees, events, and experiences within The Modernists platform. 

Bonus Rewards:  

• For every 5 successful referrals within a calendar month, referrers will receive an additional £10 bonus reward. This is in addition to the standard £5 per referral. 

• Bonus rewards are also subject to the 30-day reward processing period. 

Program Changes and Termination:  

• The Modernists reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to all members. 

• In cases of suspected abuse or violation of program terms, The Modernists may withhold referral rewards or suspend member accounts. 

Limitations and Exclusions:  

• Referral rewards will not be granted for self-referrals or duplicate accounts created by the same user. 

• Rewards cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the permitted redemption methods. 

• The Modernists is not responsible for errors or delays in reward distribution resulting from incorrect account information.
